Tami Albritton, RYT 200, Ideal Protein Coach & Certified Wellness Coach

Yoga is a big part of Tami's life & her practice has helped her grow stronger, more flexible, & fearless, both on & off the mat. Yoga influences her to live each moment more mindfully. She is continually inspired by yoga's transformative power--both internally & externally.

The changes in her own life have been profound, which is why she felt compelled to share the gift of yoga with others & obtain her RYT-200 certification. Tami is dedicated to imparting the yoga tradition & lifestyle to eager students.

Tami conducts warm & inviting classes that foster an invigorating, centering & calming environment. Her classes are vinyasa-based (linking breath with movement). She enjoys combining creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness & a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. She seeks to help others thrive in life by nuturing body, mind & spirit with yoga. Her hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished & balanced.

Tami is also a Certified Wellness Coach and coaches Thrive's Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method clients. Empowering people to create healthy lifestyles is her passion! You can find out more at:
